The Administrators have indicated that course content issues can be sent directly to the course creators. Course-related issues can range from course launch issues, progress/completion issues, or any bugs/glitches within the course.

 

To locate the course POC, proxy into the user’s account and select the course title.

  • If no POC is listed and the course code starts with CORPSOP- (this is a Quality course), direct the user to Kevin Collins at kevin.collins@dexcom.com.
