The Dexcom administrators indicate that course reset requests are to be sent directly to the course point of contact.


You can determine the course POC by proxying into the user's account and clicking the course title within their accounts:



If a course does not have a contact listed but has a course code that starts with 'CORPSOP-', (this indicates it is a Quality course) direct the user to reach out to Kevin Collins at kevin.collins@dexcom.com.


If no course contact is indicated and it is not a Quality course, or if the original POC email address is undeliverable, kindly have the user contact dexcomlearningcenter@dexcom.com.
