While we can manually reset Distributors' passwords, the Dexcom administrators have asked that we direct users to use the 'Forgot Password' option first, and as everyone else is on SSO, we may reset e-signature PIN for all user types.
Please confirm if the user is attempting to reset their DLC password or their PIN. We can reset the user's PIN without the need to manually enter a password. This feature will prompt users to update their PIN upon login.
