eSkillz agents can set passwords for new External employees to Welcome_01 so neither the employee, planner nor Learning Champion needs to wait for what it will be reset to.

The admins have provided us with a list of all of the planners and Learning Champions in case Welcome_01 does not work.  The agent can access an authorized list of who they can provide the temporary password to (other than the employee). The list is below:
