Thank you for waiting! Your e-signature PIN was reset. You will be asked to set a new PIN when logging into the DLC. Kindly note your eSig username is [INSERT eSIG USERNAME] and is case sensitive.
To reset your password, please utilize the 'Forgot Password' option located on the Dexcom Sign In page.

If this does not work, please let me know and I'll be happy to reset your password manually.
